Fantastic service once more. This is my third purchase from Inspirely, and I gotta say, I got the fan and sun lounger delivered the very next day. Set it up right away. Kudos to Inspirely :)

A couple of weeks back, I bought a lamp and a bedside table. I'm super pleased with how well-made the items are, and the service I received was top-notch! Much appreciated!

I found the listings to be really misleading. I bought what was supposed to be a rattan lounger with grey cushions, but all I got were the cushions, and now the listing has disappeared. While browsing other listings, I noticed that the advertising is pretty vague. Some loungers are labeled as rattan loungers, but if you read closely, you realize it’s just the cushions being sold. Because of this mix-up, I tried to return the item, but Inspirely won’t let me because they claim there’s no problem with it. Now I’m in a tough spot, stuck with just cushions and no way to buy the loungers since customer support hasn’t responded to any of my live chat questions. My only other choice is to fork out £53 for Evri to take back my item, which is the cheapest return option I’ve found. (That return cost is half of what the actual item costs!)

I’m giving it five stars 🌟 because this item is just incredible. It runs super quietly. Using it is a breeze, and it cooks food really well and fast. Plus, the large basket is perfect for whipping up meals for a big family. Totally worth the price!

I got myself the white coffee table. It matches the description and appears just like it does on the site. It arrived in just a few days. Plus, delivery didn’t cost a thing. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

This is the only online store I found that sells chicken coops and allows Clearpay without breaking the bank. Delivery went smoothly. The coop I got had a couple of pieces of wood that were a tad split, but it’s nothing major. I’d definitely shop here again :)

The delivery was super quick, but I was a bit let down by the hutch. There was some damage to the wood. However, the company kept me in the loop and offered a nice discount. I had to fix a bit of the wood myself.
